Linda’s Clinical Background
What Clinicians Say...
Consultation Provides...
Consultation provides
clinicians valuable opportunities to learn and integrate new
practices from the most effective therapeutic modalities. Linda’s
passion as a consultant is to help clinicians feel increasingly
alive and competent in their ongoing work with clients; to encourage
curiosity, experimentation, engagement; to facilitate shared explorations
and discoveries, and thus help clinicians work more effectively
and rewardingly with clients.
Consultation Groups/Sessions
Linda offers ongoing consultation groups and individuals sessions where clinicians:
* |
Learn innovations
in theories and techniques of experiential modalities – AEDP,
EFT, IFS, DBT, EMDR – that dramatically increase clinical
effectiveness. |
* |
Apply relevant research in neuroscience, attachment, affect and development to deepen and accelerate clinical work. |
* |
Become skillful in attunement and analysis, getting to the heart of deep pain and suffering quickly and to paths of resolution steadily. |
* |
Develop clinical
expertise beyond the foundations of psychodynamic and inter-subjective
therapy. |
* |
Integrate mindfulness practice and experiential therapies into therapeutic processes. |
* |
Share in stimulating and supportive professional dialogues; build referral community. |

M.A., Clinical Psychology, John F. Kennedy University
My earliest clinical work rested on a solid foundation of psychodynamic training: object relations, self psychology, inter-subjectivity. Throughout 15 years of full-time private practice and consultation/supervision, I
have pursued extensive additional training in meditation, attachment theory, trauma work, experiential therapies and neuroscience. As a seasoned clinician, my clinical work now integrates techniques
from the most cutting edge psychotherapies and accessible practices of coaching, meditation, and yoga, drawing on years of study with:

I have been offering consultation/supervision for almost a
decade, becoming a skillful and stimulating guide to clinicians and interns.
I especially enjoy the spirit of exploration inherent in any group or dyadic
process when open minds spark each other into new discoveries, new wisdom.
