Growing Up and Waking Up: The Dance of the Whole Self

Linda is passionate about helping people arrive at a full integration of healthy psyche and spirit, and draws on 25 years of experience facilitating experiential workshops and groups to do so. Growing Up and Waking Up workshops give participants an opportunity to directly experience the vitality, creativity, and joyfulness of their authenticity and wholeness.

Participants work in small groups, in pairs, individually, using dialogue, experiential exercises, meditative inquiry, movement, guided visualizations, to:

*
connect authentically with all aspects of self, with others, with life experiences
*
heal past wounds into useful lessons and skills
*
learn to process and shift all inner states skillfully; create change
*
cope with the ups and downs of life resiliently
*
develop and integrate capacities and dynamics of Whole Self
*
express unique authentic self creatively, meaningfully
*
live all of life with calm mind, open heart, renewed strength and flowing spirit

She specializes in the integration of practices and paths that accelerate processes of healing and transformation:

neuroscience and psychotherapy
*
mindfulness and psychotherapy
*
attachment theory and psychodynamic therapy
*
psychotherapy, coaching, and mindfulness
*
contemporary experiential modalities (AEDP, EFT, IFS, DBT, EMDR) that accelerate transformation of self experience

What Participants Say...

“Linda’s workshop was well organized, informative and very practical. I was particularly impressed by her ability to integrate her clinical work with cutting edge ideas from contemporary neuropsychology. All in all, her presentation provided an excellent balance between didactic and experiential learning.”

-  Jerry Lamagna, LCSW
Presenter, AEDP Institute, New York, NY

“Linda’s workshop was meticulously prepared and beautifully carried out. How wonderful to be working on our mental health and our inner resources. If you are going to go through a process that will change who you are as a person, the synchronicity of the leader as a person and a therapist/presenter matters. Linda is remarkably human and well-informed; I felt in extremely experienced and warm hands with Linda, and left the workshop feeling deeply moved and centered.”

-  Natasha Prenn, LCSW, New York

“Linda did an outstanding job of integrating theory and practice.  I appreciated her warm and engaging style, as well as her intelligent and articulate presentation.”

-  Marla Cass, MFT, Boulder, CO
